Akebi is the spirited leader of the Scallies, always eager to chase the next exciting idea. Living alongside Fopi and Kikibi in the Abandoned Park, Akebi is rarely content to sit still for long. A spark of inspiration can arrive at any moment, often during animated discussions with Fopi, and before long the Scallies are off on another adventure with far more enthusiasm than preparation. Although Akebi is known as the leader of the trio, leadership comes less from careful planning and more from boundless confidence and determination. Akebi has a habit of rushing headlong into schemes, convinced that success is only one daring leap away. This often leads the Scallies into difficult situations, but Akebi’s quick thinking and resourcefulness frequently help the group find a way back out again. Fearless by nature, Akebi rarely hesitates when faced with obstacles. Climbing fences, squeezing through narrow gaps, and making risky jumps are all treated as challenges to overcome rather than reasons to turn back. This adventurous streak has earned the Scallies a reputation throughout the community, and while most Fregiebots tolerate their antics, the Defenders regularly find themselves rescuing the trio from the consequences of Akebi’s latest idea. Many of these adventures begin with Akebi’s dream of restoring the dormant rides of the Abandoned Park. While the project rarely progresses according to plan, the hope of bringing life back to the old attractions continues to inspire new schemes and discoveries. Even when efforts end in failure, Akebi remains convinced that the next attempt will be the one that finally succeeds. Together with Fopi and Kikibi, Akebi shares a unique bond formed during their Awakening, when a lightning strike energised one of the park’s abandoned rides and brought all three Scallies to life at the same moment. Since then, the trio have remained inseparable, with Akebi’s enthusiasm often providing the momentum that keeps their adventures moving forward.
