Fopi is the master of charm among the Scallies, possessing an irresistible ability to talk Fregiebots into giving just a little more leeway than they probably should. Whether escaping punishment after a failed adventure or gaining access to somewhere off-limits, Fopi has a remarkable talent for making even the most questionable ideas sound harmless. A pleading smile and an innocent-sounding request are often enough to succeed where logic and permission would fail. Living alongside Akebi and Kikibi in the Abandoned Park, Fopi eagerly embraces the excitement of every new escapade. While Akebi is often the one who charges ahead with a bold idea, Fopi has a habit of encouraging the adventure along, spotting possibilities and convincing others that the plan sounds much better than it probably is. Many of the Scallies’ most memorable misadventures owe as much to Fopi’s persuasive enthusiasm as they do to Akebi’s determination. Despite a cheerful and friendly nature, Fopi is not known for careful planning or patient preparation. New opportunities are far more interesting than practical details, and the promise of fun is often enough reason to continue. Fortunately, Fopi’s quick thinking and natural composure help keep spirits high when plans inevitably begin to unravel. Like the other Scallies, Fopi shares a unique connection with Akebi and Kikibi that dates back to their Awakening. When a lightning strike surged through one of the abandoned rides and Awakened all three at once, it left the trio with an unusual awareness of one another. Fopi frequently uses this bond to coordinate mischief, often knowing exactly where the others are and what trouble might be unfolding nearby. Although many Fregiebots have learned to be wary whenever Fopi appears with a particularly innocent expression, few can stay annoyed for long. Even Quapoway, despite a reputation for sternness, often finds it difficult to resist Fopi’s charm. This talent for winning others over has helped the Scallies out of countless difficult situations, even if it has also helped create many of them in the first place.
